Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom made, we cannot accept returns unless an item is faulty or damaged. Please use the size guides carefully before ordering t-shirts and hoodies, as we do not offer refunds for ordering the wrong size or changing your mind.

If your item is defective, email nicola@purrtasticpresents.com with your order number and refund claim. To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged, and you must provide photographic proof.
